The Dolphin Hotel in Exmouth is a quirky, pet-friendly place with a perfect and excellent location, really close to the seafront at the end of the road. The twin room is recently refurbished, and we also really enjoyed magnificent views. it has amazing full English breakfasts and very nice helpful staff.
